An example of…

… exactly what I have been talking about when I go off on a diatribe about people who work for an MNC in North American or Europe, or consultants, being experts in “international communications.”

Most associations and conferences will feature an American, Brit, Frenchman etc. talking about it.  They’ll often highlight a project they did in India or China.

This, on the other hand, is genuinely valuable, insightful, local insight in a tin presented by a professional on the ground.  Who will probably never be invited to present at one of the big association conferences (hey, I could be mistaken).  A voice that should be heard.
