Employer Brand presentation from 1993 found in box …

Well, well, well… 

Mission accomplished!  I found a presentation I made, as an employee of Buck Consultants to our client TCI in 1993 (ironically, I just completed a brand engagement for their [Liberty Media’s] European subsiduary UPC…),  that talked about aligning (branding) their employee compensation and benefits programme with their vision, values and consumer facing brand.  The words used?  “… to make more of your investment in compensation and benefits — creating your ’employer brand’ “. 

No such thing as a new idea … but maybe ideas whose time has come of age?
