Where is employee brand engagement going?

I’ve been asked to chair the Marketing Week Employee Brand Engagement Summit 18-19 April in London.

This mainly involves sitting on a plinth, opening sessions and closing sessions.  But it also involves a 20 minute opening statement.

So … what should I say? Seeking your cutting edge thinking, trendspotting, and ideas.

– The convergence of non-Marketing function influence on the employee brand engagement space

– The blurring of traditional lines between employees and non-employees as critical engagement stakeholders

– The impact of consumer generated and social media
